Pietro "Piecemeal" Maltese is a criminally insane Italian chef with surgically altered mechanical jaws that are known to rip through anything. He made his first appearance in Guess Who's Going To Be Dinner. He was voiced by Jess Harnell.

Biography
He has shown superhuman toughness and endurance as he was attacked numerous times with apparently no lasting effect. He has an obsession for eating exotic creatures, according to his criminal records, and has a checklist of animals he would like to sample. Pietro infiltrated the Saturdays home to eat Fiskerton while Doc and Drew are away celebrating their anniversary. Zak, Fiskerton, Komodo, and Zon managed to repel him. He later returns with Van Rook in the episode Target: Fiskerton. He nearly eats Fiskerton, but Argost stops him with a neural parasite. He also bears obvious resemblance to the character of Jaws from the movies Moonraker and The Spy Who Loved Me.
In The Secret Saturdays Beasts of the 5th Sun, Pietro "Piecemeal" Maltese appears as one of the main bosses in the level Volcanic Caverns. In Nintendo DS he appears in world 3 as the boss.

- He has a resemblance with Jaws, a recurrent villain from Agent 007 movies. Both are brutes with a lot muscles and both have metal teeth in their mouths, allowing them to have a dangerous bites.
